Hi, I’m Ariana, the heart behind Sprouting Kare. With nearly 10 years of childcare experience as a nanny, camp counselor, and preschool teacher, I became a certified full-spectrum doula in May 2023. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, which helps me advocate for families and build community-focused spaces.

Sprouting Kare was born from a simple truth: families and caregivers thrive when they are supported, connected, and cared for. After nearly a decade as a nanny, preschool teacher, and now certified doula, I saw how often families struggle to access the resources they need, and how caregivers themselves need safe spaces of support. Sprouting Kare exists to fill that gap.

Rooted in Kare and Sprouting in Love, our mission is to make doula care, caregiver support, and community connection accessible to all. We believe in nurturing both families and the caregivers who serve them, creating spaces where education, compassion, and empowerment meet.
